Bio
Joshua Chatwin was born sometime in the ’80s, made it to college in the ’00s, studied art in Italy and Indiana, and recieved his BFA in Video and Intermedia Art and Creative Writing from Ball State University. He currently resides in Muncie, IN with his wife, daughter, and two cats.
When he is not lurking the internet for mis-informed direction, Chatwin works across any medium applicable to make a body feel good and to attempt over-indulgent conversation about topics including but not limited to: sex, religion, cultural stereotypes, postmodern failings, and the resulting everyday, mundane experience.
Most recently he has started the study of one of the most ancient and quickly advancing art forms: tattooing. He is working toward producing traditional American tattoos in the vain of Bert Grimm, Sailor Jerry, Lew the Jew, Tom Berg, Mike Malone, Ed Hardy, and Paul Rogers.
